At the moment in room five we are doing some Summer Learning Journey activities and so here is the second one I have done. Hope you enjoy my google drawing on the second activity.
That is a lovely description of your hometown! I've never been to Ikamatua before but I went to Greymouth when I was around 6 years old. I don't remember too much of the trip though. I would love to visit your hometown, it sounds like such a nice and cosy place to spend time with friends and family! The next time I visit your hometown I will definitely buy some fish and chips, thanks for the suggestion! What is your absolute favourite thing to do or place to go in your hometown? I notice that you really like sorbet. Which sorbet flavour is your favourite? I like in Auckland and when I take my dog for a walk, I also like to go get ice cream and sorbet sometimes. Feijoa sorbet is hard to find but it is definitely my favourite flavour!

Every time that we use an image on our blog, it's really important that we tell our readers where we found it, and give credit to the owner of the picture.
