I'm glad to hear that you would love to visit Tāne Mahuta one day. It really is an impressive tree and looks even more mind-blowing in real life! You make a really good point, it would be so nice to relax under some shelter from that big tree, especially now that the weather is warming up. Do you enjoy going on hikes? Hiking can get quite tiring and hot but it's nice when there are a lot of trees around to keep you hidden from the sun.
