Holiday reading challenge
In the spring holidays the whole school had a reading challenge to do so we had to read some books. After we had read a book we would have to make a google drawing on how the character was feeling and where we found the sentence and what the book was called. Here is my google drawing.

Hi, I am Sophie from Awahono School. I like how the sentence says that the bad feeling in her stomach was weighing her down. You can get a real good picture in your head. You could have cropped the picture a bit more you could only see the book. I think the author of the book could have been a bit bigger, other than those two things it is awesome.

Hi Tahlia, you've chosen a good sentence to describe how the character was feeling; it almost gives the reader the feeling that has been described.
ReplyDeleteYou have quite a lot of background space so maybe you could think how to make more use of the space next time. Your sentence is large, clear and easy to read.

Hi Tahlia, my name is Jacob, and I am a student in Manukau at Waikowhai Primary. I really like that Google Drawing. especially that you included the cover in it. I don't think I've done anything like that, but we are doing a Novel Study, so we might end up doing something like that. Maybe next time you could put the chapter and who said that.
